What is the
One-World Library Project?
The One-World Library Project is a growing collection
of personally recommended books, films & other media to help enlighten
our community about world cultures.
It is a "World Library within a library,"
located in a special kiosk on the main floor of the Lawrence Memorial
Library in Bristol. In addition to the collection, monthly evening
programs are offered around a variety of themes related to world cultures.
To see what's in the One-World Library, click on this
link to the Lawrence Memorial online catalog.
We encourage people from our community to pass on their knowledge and
enthusiasm about books, films and music on world culture with recommendations
for items to be included in the One-World Library.
