A One-World Library Fundraiser
Kyoko Davis will welcome you to her home in Bristol to teach you how to make nori rolls with cucumber, avocado, imitation crab meat, canned tuna with mayo and Japanese style omelet with dashi. If you prefer certain ingredients, please feel free to bring them.
You will get to taste some rolls along with other Japanese food and take some sushi home. Please bring a container. Also enjoy some Japanese green tea sitting at the kotatsu (heated table) and hear some stories about Japanese New Year and its customs.
